Job Description:

The primary function of this position is to put film flats over plates in exposure equipment, pull a vacuum to press flat tightly against the plate, expose the plate with light, remove the plate, and put it through the plate developer equipment.

Job Requirements:

1-2 years experience is preferred
Making CTP plates for upcoming jobs
Remakes as the pressroom needs them
Maintenance on the plate processer
Proofreading press sheets and digital dylux’s
Cutting and folding down digital dylux’s
Finishing digital back-end work
Included but not limited to: 3 hole drilling, shrink-wrapping, perfect binding, punching and coiling, running flatbed and 3 knife trimmer
Running the UV coater and film laminator

Shifts / Pay Rate

3^rd shift- 12:30am-7:30am

$16-$25/hr
